My encounter at the West 125th location was by far the worst I have ever faced in retail. My aunt and I were simply trying to return some shoes and found a pair marked clearly in the $9 section. When we asked a manager for help finding the box, he went straight away to say, " It’s not $9!" Proceeds to take said shoe back to original location and then walks away. The entire interaction was deeply upsetting because they were all round racist, assuming we couldn’t afford it. This reflects horrible customer service, and I felt I had no choice but to leave this review and seek immediate resolution through customer service.
